A) Health advice disclosure
Information contained on this website is for general information purposes only and must not be used to treat or diagnose medical conditions, and all health problems must be referred to a health care professional. B) Delivery
Bulk herbs are normally despatched within 7 days of order, and capsules are normally dispatched within 21 days of order. Goods are sent via the air mail or Expedited Mail Service (EMS) through the Postal Office, normally taking 3-5 days to reach the customer (South African orders), 10-14 days (to international customers by EMS) or 3-4 weeks (by international airmail).
Pricing on our bulk herbs includes delivery by air mail or EMS, as per each product’s listing. Pricing on our capsules excludes delivery, as that can only be quoted upon completion of the order. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection through your account with TNT, DHL, UPS or Fedex, or provide us with your courier account details to make the necessary arrangements.
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.
We accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 28 days then please contact us.
C) Shipping documents
Please make sure to check with the customs authorities in your country whether you require a phytosanitary certificate or certificate of origin for importing the items you have selected into your country. If so, kindly add whichever of these documents you need under the “Shipping documents” menu in our product list.
If you are based in a non-EU country and you require a phytosanitary certificate, you will need to supply us with a copy of your import permit (specifying the need for a phytosanitary certificate), or a letter from the Plant Health authorities in your country specifying this requirement. We will need these documents to apply for the phytosanitary certificate, and they must be in English.
D) Returning Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us within 2 days of receiving delivery and we will exchange the goods or refund your payment (less postage and packaging costs). Refunds and / or exchanges will only be provided once the returned goods have reached our office in undamaged condition.
We use both couriers and the Postal Office to return goods depending upon parcel size. We will advise you of the appropriate returns procedure once you have informed us that you wish to make a return. All goods to be returned should be carefully repackaged and clearly labelled with our postal address.
E) Privacy Notice
